La distribution de glaçons ne se fait pas ou pas rapidement, même si les glaçons sont bien séparés dans le bac du haut ; de ce fait on les prends avec la pelle dans le bac du haut, quel intérêt alors de mettre un tel budget dans cette machine.

La máquina hace mucho ruido. El agua y cubitos después de tenerla funcionando más de 2 semana, sigue con sabor a plástico de la máquina.

The machine makes a lot of noise. The water and ice cubes, after having it running for more than 2 weeks, still taste like plastic from the machine.

Die Maschiene macht was es soll erdten Eiswürfel nach 10 bis 15 min. Nur Wasser kann man davon nicht wirklich trinken hat immer so nen Plastik Geschmack daher 1 punkt weniger. Da ich es aber für Eiswürfel haben wollte es ist gerade gut bis sehr gut. Freue mich auf den Sommer der kann jetzt kommen XD

The machine does what it's supposed to do, it makes ice cubes after 10 to 15 minutes. You can't really drink water from it though, it always has a plastic taste, so it gets 1 point less. But since I wanted it for ice cubes, it's just good to very good. I'm looking forward to summer, which can come now XD

Nous sommes très satisfaits de cette machine à glaçons, c'est notre deuxième klarstein, la première a duré plusieurs années été comme hiver!
Le plus de cette machine est que nous pouvons choisir des glaçons, petits ou grands, de la glace pilée et de l'eau bien fraiche!
Elle a un grand réservoir, ce qui est très pratique, nous n'avons pas besoin de remplir le réservoir très souvent au cours de la journée.

We are very satisfied with this ice maker, it is our second klarstein, the first lasted several years summer and winter! The best thing about this machine is that we can choose ice cubes, small or large, crushed ice and very cold water! It has a large tank, which is very practical, we don't need to fill the tank very often during the day. in short, a top-notch ice maker!

Le produit multimédia n'a pas pu être chargé. Après avoir reçu la machine à glaçons, j'ai attendu 4 heures avant de la mettre en marche, comme indiqué dans la notice. Cependant, une fois branchée, j'ai réalisé qu'elle ne fonctionnait pas, donc je l'ai renvoyée. Je salue la rapidité du service après-vente. J'ai reçu une autre machine et là, c'est le bonheur ! Cela fait 2 semaines que je la teste : glace pilée ou glaçons petits ou moyens, que du bonheur ! En moins de 5 minutes, elle vous fait une dizaine de glaçons. On a la possibilité de la brancher directement à une arrivée d'eau ou d'utiliser un réservoir, ce qui est mon cas pour le moment. Je suis très heureux de la machine et prêt pour l'été, pour mes apéritifs, cocktails et boissons. Certains se plaignent du bruit ; en effet, elle fait autant de bruit qu'un ventilateur, mais c'est largement supportable ... dès qu'elle remplit le bac à glaçons et elle s'arrête de tourner. En revanche, les glaçons fondent lentement si vous les laissez longtemps dans le bac.

It does not mention the drain hole inside the tank, or how to stop ice making or only make one batch of ice, or the minimum amount of water needed, or whether output buttons can be used when the machine is on with existing ice.

La uso in famiglia. E’ una macchina esteticamente bella il che è buona cosa. Produce due tipi di ghiaccio, uno di cubetti e l’ altro di ghiaccio tritato. Con il grande caldo lo uso tutti i giorni a tavola e anche con l’aperitivo se arrivano amici e parenti adulti. Penso di poterlo usare anche per risanare eventuali cadute senza correre in farmacia. La seconda produzione e’ ghiaccio tritato e questo rallegra i miei nipoti appena giovinetti, maschi e femmine, che amano le granatine. Passiamo l’estate tutti assieme con le famiglie di parenti vicini per alcuni mesi in montagna. E’ per questo che ho comperato la macchina e l’idea funziona. Mi permette di rallegrare le relazioni più care con parenti e amici.

Wir denn, es gibt kein Ablassventil und der Behälter ist fest verbaut. Der Kundenservice sagte mir ich soll mit einem Lumpen das Wasser aufsaugen! Mal abgesehen davon das die Einfüllklappe viel zu klein ist, dass kann ja nicht wirklich die Lösung sein. Das ist die teuerste Eiswürfelmaschine für den Privatbereich im Klarsteinshop. Wofür dient das Zubehör? Eisschaufel ja aber der Rest? Laut Bedienungsanleitung soll sich die Abtropfschale nach vorne neigen und das Wasser wieder in den Wassertank leiten? Da bewegt sich mal nichts! Auch wäre interessant wie die Maschine entkalkt wird oder mit Essigwasser gereinigt wird. Da steht nichts. In den Wassertank und einfach anschalten? Oder geht dann was kaputt und die Gewährleistung hat sich erledigt, weil genau das nicht gemacht werden darf. Vielleicht gibt es jemanden der diese Rätsel gelöst hat. Wäre sehr dankbar.

What are the accessories for? Ice scoop, yes, but what about the rest? According to the manual, the drip tray should tilt forwards and direct the water back into the water tank? Nothing is moving! ottimo per le giornate calde in estate, granatine, ghiaccio ed acqua fresca, mi è successo di avere bisogno di fare più granatine e non poter aspettare la produzione del ghiaccio allora ne ho aggionto nel contenitore dal freezer con ottimo risultato.

Adoro questa macchina! Oltre allo stile molto bello e il colore che lo rende elegante è davvero molto semplice da usare. Ho letto che risulta lenta, io invece ho riscontrato una velocità che non credevo. Prima avevo una macchina del ghiaccio più piccola e semplice ma ci impiegava sempre molto tempo. Con questa una volta accesa ci impiega davvero pochissimo. Per il ghiaccio tritato ovviamente ci mette un po’ di più perché deve raccogliere il ghiaccio e tritarti, ma per i miei gusti ugualmente veloce. Molto utile la possibilità di poterlo collegare al rubinetto. Come dimensioni, a mio parere, non è molto grande, ovviamente necessita di un po’ di spazio, ma sempre tutto molto proporzionato al tipo di elettrodomestico. Per il rumore più che altro quando cade il ghiaccio nella cassetta, ma per il resto è un rumore di sottofondo.

Sehr schön und auch ok für den Normalgebrauch,aber für ein größeres Fest leider zu langsam. Wir mussten trotzdem Crushed Ice kaufen, und das bei ca. 50 Personen,wobei nicht alle Cocktails getrunken haben..Schade,da die Maschine sehr schön anzusehen ist,und auch von der Bedienung her einfach ist.

Very nice and OK for normal use, but unfortunately too slow for a larger party. We still had to buy crushed ice, and that was for around 50 people, although not everyone drank cocktails. It's a shame, because the machine is very nice to look at and easy to operate.

The machine looks amazing, however this us our 2nd one, the first one stopped after 4 days of use. Saying that Klarstein were very helpful and exchanged it relatively quickly, seeing as they ship out of Germany and we now have stupid Brexit importation rules. However, we have recently had a number of errors due to clumping or solid rows of cubes, resulting in blockages. It's relatively easy to resolve, but would have thought something as expensive as this wouldn't have such an issue.

L eau distribuée est bien fraîche, côté glaçons je ne vois pas la différence entre les 2 tailles, elle fabrique les glaçons rapidement, la glace pilée est très bien faite mais côté distribution ça manque de précision. Gros bémol l écran lcd se décolle dans un angle. En définitive elle fait son job mais un peu cher quand même

The water distributed is very cool, on the ice cube side I do not see the difference between the 2 sizes, it makes ice cubes quickly, the crushed ice is very well made but on the distribution side it lacks precision. Big downside, the LCD screen comes off at a corner. Ultimately it does its job but a little expensive all the same.

Très déçu au début car l eau et les glaçons avaient un goût de plastique. Un rinçage avec de l'eau mélangée avec du vinaigre blanc réglé complètement le problème au bout de 15 jours. Dommage que ceci ne figure pas sur le mode d'emploi.

Very disappointed at first because the water and ice cubes tasted like plastic. Rinsing with water mixed with white vinegar completely resolved the problem after 15 days. Too bad this is not included in the instructions for use.

Avoir de l’eau fraiche, des glaçons et de la glace pilée . Machine polyvalente: eau fraîche, glaçons et glace pilée. Un peu encombrante. Fais du bruit comme une machine à laver la vaisselle, moins bruyante que la machine que j’avais précédemment . Facile d’utilisation. Très pratique. Glaçons faits en moins de 10mn. Je trouve cette machine très bien, elle me permet d’avoir un frigo avec une grande contenance sans le compartiment congélateur et elle supplée ainsi cette fonction manquante. J’ai ainsi de l’eau fraîche et des glaçons à volonté.

I find this machine very good, it allows me to have a fridge with a large capacity without the freezer compartment and it thus makes up for this missing function. So I have unlimited fresh water and ice cubes.

C’est une très belle machine à glaçons qui sont fabriqués rapidement. L’utilisation est très simple, l’entretien doit être fait régulièrement à savoir vider l’eau et de temps en temps nettoyer le bac avec un peu de vinaigre blanc. J’espère que cette machine va me servir assez longtemps !

This is a very nice ice maker that makes quickly. Use is very simple, maintenance must be done regularly, i.e. empty the water and from time to time clean the tank with a little white vinegar. I hope this machine will serve me for a long time!

Da ich letztes Jahr einen Cocktail-Kurs zum Geburtstag geschenkt bekommen habe und ich mein Versprechen, dieses Jahr Cocktails an Weihnachten zu mixen, halten will, war ich auf der Suche nach einer Eiswürfelmaschine, die crushed Eis herstellen kann. Nach ewigen Recherchen und etlichen Vergleichen fiel meine Wahl dann letztlich auf diese Eiswürfelmaschine, da sie vom Kursleiter empfehlen wurde und die einzige war, die einen soliden Eindruck gemacht hat. Die Eiswürfelmaschine ist gut verarbeiteten, robusten und macht einen qualitativ hochwertig Eindruck. Sie ist kinderleicht zu bedienen, zu befüllen und auch die Reinigung ist im Handumdrehen erledigt. Allerdings ist es vor der Inbetriebnahme ratsam die (wirklich verständliche) Bedienungsanleitung zu lesen, da es Bedienungsanleitungsmuffeln wie mir, sonst passieren kann, dass sie das Wasser in die flasche Öffnung kippen ... zum Glück ist nichts passiert! Wenn man aber erst einmal verstanden hat, was man machen muss (kein Hexenwerk), ist die Maschine goldwert. D.h. sie kühlt schnell runter, erzeugt dementsprechend schnell Eiswürfel bzw. crushed Eis, hat eine hohe Ausbringungsmenge und tut was sie soll. Entgegen der hier veröffentlichten negativen Rezension, fallen bei mir keine Eiswürfel aus der Maschine, wenn kein Glas mehr darunter steht und auch der Geräuschpegel hält sich meines Erachtens in Grenzen. D.h. während der Anlaufphase, wenn die Maschine runterkühlt, hört man sie brummen. Allerdings lässt das nach, wenn sie erst einmal auf Betriebstemperatur ist. Anschließend brummt sie nur hin und wieder, um sich erneut runterzukühlen. Ich persönlich finde das nicht störend, auch wenn man es hört, da es ein tiefes und nicht all zu lautes Brummen ist. Resümee: Ich bin komplett zufrieden und finde, dass die Maschine ihr Geld wert ist. Nachteile kann ich bis auf die Größe und den Preis keine erkennen - aber das ist wohl Klagen auf hohem Niveau. Daher würde ich sie mir jederzeit wieder kaufen und auch weiterempfehlen!

As I was given a cocktail course for my birthday last year and I want to keep my promise to mix cocktails at Christmas this year, I was looking for an ice cube machine that can make crushed ice. After endless research and numerous comparisons, I finally chose this ice cube machine because it was recommended by the course instructor and was the only one that made a solid impression. The ice cube machine is well made, robust and makes a high-quality impression. It is very easy to use and fill, and cleaning is done in no time at all. However, it is advisable to read the (really understandable) operating instructions before using it, as people like me who don't like operating instructions can otherwise end up pouring water into the bottle opening... luckily nothing happened! But once you understand what you have to do (it's not rocket science), the machine is worth its weight in gold. That means it cools down quickly, produces ice cubes or crushed ice accordingly quickly, has a high output and does what it's supposed to. Contrary to the negative review published here, no ice cubes fall out of the machine when there is no glass underneath it and the noise level is also reasonable in my opinion. That is, during the start-up phase, when the machine is cooling down, you can hear it humming. However, this subsides once it has reached operating temperature. After that, it only hums now and again to cool down again. Personally, I don't find this annoying, even if you can hear it, as it is a deep and not too loud hum. Summary: I am completely satisfied and think that the machine is worth the money. I can't see any disadvantages apart from the size and the price - but that's probably complaining at a high level. Therefore, I would buy it again at any time and would recommend it to others!

Bei der Planung unseres kleinen Cafés mussten wir jeden Zentimeter gut durchdenken. Platz für eine große Kühltruhe gibt's da nicht und auch Eislieferanten kommen kaum wegen einer so kleinen Menge. Bei einem anderen Café haben wir diese Maschine entdeckt. Sie läuft bei uns seit einer Woche und wir sind mehr als zufrieden! Eine preiswertere und dazu auch noch stylische Lösung hätten wir und nicht erträumt. Mit unseren maximal 12 kg Eiswürfeln kommen wir gut hin! Mir gefällt besonders die einfache Bedienung und das moderne Display, aber auch die Funktionalität (Würfel, Crushed und eiskaltes Wasser). Wir freuen uns schon auf den Sommer! Bis dahin gibt's Pumpkin Iced Latte für die Hartgesottenen!

When planning our small café, we had to think through every inch. There is no room for a large freezer and ice delivery people rarely come for such a small amount. We discovered this machine at another café. It has been running for a week and we are more than happy with it! We could never have dreamed of a cheaper and more stylish solution. We manage just fine with our maximum of 12 kg of ice cubes! I particularly like the simple operation and the modern display, but also the functionality (cubes, crushed and ice-cold water). We are already looking forward to summer! Until then, there is pumpkin iced latte for the die-hards!

Top ice maker, it makes crushed ice, of which we use 90%, and S and L size ice cubes! In photo one and two, in the glass, crushed ice and photo 3 L size ice cubes! We can't do without it anymore even if it's cooler!

L’articolo è stupendo.... l’ho provato ed è veramente ottimo sia dalla tritatura del ghiaccio e della forma del cubetto , il designe è spettacolare.... l’unica pecca è solamente la spedizione .... un calvario Per il resto consigliatissimo.

The article is wonderful.... I tried it and it is truly excellent both in terms of crushing the ice and the shape of the cube, the design is spectacular.... the only flaw is the shipping.... a nightmare. For the rest, highly recommended.
