Ich war sehr froh, dass es den Deckel als Ersatzteil gibt, um Ressourcen zu sparen. leider ist dieser Deckel nun schon wieder kaputt und war auch nicht immer auslaufsicher. Nur wenn die Flasche im Rucksack aufrecht stand, ging nix daneben.

Kurz vorweg: das Produkt an sich ist ok. Deckel schließt gut, wenn nicht der obere Teil des Verschlussbügels abbricht, so wie bei uns 3 x innerhalb kürzester Zeit geschehen. Der Deckel ist aber als Ersatzteil zu bekommen. Leider lässt der Kundenservice zu wünschen übrig. Nachdem der obere Teil des Verschlussbügels bei einer unserer Flaschen abgebrochen war, habe ich einen neuen Deckel als Ersatzteil bestellt. Leider brach auch bei diesem, so wie bei einem weiteren Deckel der obere Teil des Verschlussbügels ab. Ich habe dann den Kundenservice kontaktiert und um die Zusendung zwei neuer Deckel auf Garantie gebeten, da es in meinen Augen nicht sein kann, dass ich alle 2 Wochen einen neuen Deckel kaufen muss, obwohl hier offensichtlich ein Produktionsfehler und kein Selbstverschulden vorliegt. Der Kundenservice antwortete sehr freundlich und sagte mir die Zusendung zwei neuer Artikel innerhalb von 5-7 Werktagen zu. Nach 14 Tagen wurde erneut der Kundenservice von mir kontaktiert. Es kam eine relativ schnelle Antwort mit dem Hinweis, dass das Produkt leider nicht mehr lieferbar sein und versäumt wurde, das Produkt aus der Ersatzteilliste zu entfernen. Schaut man aber bei Amazon nach, sind die Deckel nach wie vor - sogar als 1 -Tageslieferung- zu bekommen. Nach dieser "tollen Erfahrung" haben wir jetzt ein Produkt eines Mitbewerbers bestellt...

Schnelle Lieferung Leider musste ich jetzt feststellen das die schnell kaputt gehen, ich habe meiner Tochter die Flasche gekauft und der Deckel ist relativ schnell kaputt gegangen, deshalb habe ich einen neuen Deckel gekauft für knapp 8Euro, leider ist der jetzt nach 2monaten auch kaputt . Finde 8 Euro für einen Deckel ganz schon viel und habe dann auch Qualität erwartet ,werde mich wohl nach einer besseren Flaschen umgucken müssen . Schade

Wr haben vor ca 1 5 Jahren zwei Flascbwn davon gekauft. Bei einem Deckel ist der Ausslaufschutz raus und ucht auffindbar gewesen weil unsere Maus zu gern damit gespielt hat. Nun war ich so froh das es auch nur den Deckel nach zukaufen gibt

DEr ERsatzdeckel passt wunderbar. Leider ist aber der "Gummiknubbel", welcher die Trinköffnung abdichtet nur in den Deckel gesetzt, sodass unser Kind diesen immer herausfimmelt und er dann verloren geht. Hier wäre kleben wohl besser. Dann muss man nicht einen ganzen Deckel kaufen, nur weil die Dichtung fehlt.Daher 1 Stern Abzug.
