Ganz ehrlich war ich mit meinem ersten Uhrenbeweger von Klarstein voll zufrieden. Bei diesem jedoch hat es bereist damit begonnen, dass er trotz ausgeschriebenen Akkusystem, keines hatte. Ok, ich war nicht glücklich damit, aber kann damit leben. Nun schleift das Gerät aber, wenn es läuft und bei diesem Preis erwarte ich, dass es genauso leise läuft, wie es beschrieben ist, auch wenn es rundum gefüllt ist. Parallel dazu funktioniert der Fingerabdrucksensor nicht wie beschrieben und eine Rückantwort vom Support erhalte ich nicht. Ich korrigiere meine Bewertung gern, wenn das Gerät läuft wie es soll und ich eine Antwort zu Kundenservice bekomme, der mir bestätigt, dass das Gerät getauscht wird. Wirklich sehr schade, da mein bewegen, den ich vor ca 6 Monaten gekauft habe, super läuft

To be honest, I was completely satisfied with my first watch winder from Klarstein. But with this one, it started with the fact that, despite the advertised battery system, it didn't have one. OK, I wasn't happy with it, but I can live with it. Now the device drags when it's running and at this price I expect it to run as quietly as described, even when it's completely full. At the same time, the fingerprint sensor doesn't work as described and I haven't received a response from support. I'll happily correct my review if the device works as it should and I get a response from customer service confirming that the device will be replaced. It's a real shame, because my watch winder, which I bought about 6 months ago, works great.
