La uso ormai da più di un anno, e fa bene il suo dovere di cucina. Il prezzo pagato è commisurato al prodotto. Una pecca è l'eccessivo consumo, paragonabile ad un Deltone integrale a carburatori, se accendi 2 fornelli al massimo della potenza scordati di accendere qualsiasi altra cosa in casa.

Ottimo piano cottura, ma essendo di fattura tedesca presenta nel cavo di alimentazione, tre fasi, un neutro è una terra, cosa che se non hai un impianto trifase è un po' difficile da installare. Se si ha una presa ed una spina industriale blu da 32 ampere a casa ben venga, ma altrimenti dovete dividere il filo in due spine Siemens così da dividere anche le ampere in 16 e 16. Attenzione anche a non farvi saltare la corrente in casa sviluppa 6500 watt a piena potenza e per chi ha 3,5 kW in casa non è una buona idea usare tutte e 4 i fuochi. Comunque tre fuochi non alla massima potenza li regge bene il contatore.

La superficie es de fácil limpieza, realizada en una sola pieza superficial. El tacto de la superficie es muy agradable, con acabado cerámico.

Vitrocerámica de una potencia total de 6500w, que se divide en cuatro fuegos, de diferentes tamaños y potencias y que se adaptaran a nuestras necesidades, los diámetros y potencias de cada fuego: dos fuegos de igual tamaño de 16,5 cm de 1200 watios, otro de 20 centímetros con una potencia de 1800 watios y otro de tamaño variable que va de un diámetro de 12 a 23 centímetros con una potencia que oscila desde 800 – 1600 y 2300 watios , este último fuego será muy versátil para cualquier uso incluso para olla.

Cada uno de los fuegos cuenta con controles individuales para un manejo independiente de cada uno de ellos, que nos permitirá un mayor control de la misma.
Todos los fuegos cuentan con nueve niveles de potencia, con temporizador que lo podemos ajustar hasta 99 minutos en intervalos de minutos o de 10 minutos, lo cual será muy útil. Tenemos una protección contra sobrecalentamientos.
Con el control infantil, del cual esta provista la placa, nos permitirá proteger a los niños impidiéndoles encenderla en cualquier descuido.
La instalación la podemos realizar encajandola dentro de la encimera, que ya viene preparada para ese montaje. El cable para la instalación es de 1 metro en trifásico, yo la instalación se la he encargado a un amigo que sabe hacerlo, porque con la electricidad mejor no jugar, no vayamos a tener un susto.

El manual solo viene en alemán y en inglés. El paquete viene muy bien protegido y llego en perfecto estado.

En cuanto al uso ha sido muy sencilla e intuitiva, por lo cual recomendaría esta vitro por su diseño muy bonito, además de por su sencillez y comodidad de uso. 100 x 100 recomendable.

Respecto al panel táctil, indicar que cuenta con controles e indicadores para cada uno de los fuegos independientemente. Esto nos aporta mayor agilidad a la hora de manejar varios fuegos simultáneamente. La potencia del fuego se selecciona entre 9 niveles.

Cuenta con funcionalidad de bloqueo infantil, evitando que accidentalmente la placa pueda encenderse, y función de temporizador para el apagado automático de la placa.

Viene preparada para instalaciones eléctricas trifasicas y monofasicas, por lo que veremos que el cable de conexión incluye 5 terminales. Dentro de el manual se especifica el esquema de conexión a seguir según nuestra instalación.

Esta placa de inducción ha sido sin duda una sorpresa más que agradable. Aún me sorprende como un producto tan económico en comparación con otros similares de distintas marcas, puede ofrecer una respuesta tan buena.

Entrando más en detalle acerca de sus características, se trata de una placa de inducción para montar en cualquier cocina en la que las medidas se adapten, formada por un total de cuatro fuegos de 18 centímetros con una potencia de 2000 watios dos de ellos y 1500 watios los otros dos, es decir, 7000 watios de potencia en conjunto. Estos fuegos pueden ser controlados gracias al panel táctil que incorpora la placa, pudiendo elegir entre sus 9 posibles niveles de temperatura| además, con el control táctil podemos configurar otra serie de propiedades como es el temporizador de apagado, todo ello de manera muy sencilla.

Otras características a destacar: protección contra sobrecalentamiento, detección de recipiente, que permite que se apague el fuego de manera automática si no se detecta nada, y el control parental, muy útil para todos aquellos que tienen niños.

Si hablamos de la experiencia de uso, decir que es una placa muy intuitiva y fácil de usar. La velocidad de calentamiento de cualquier recipiente que se ponga sobre los fuegos es realmente rápida, sobre todo para gente que como yo, hasta ahora sólo disponía de una vitrocerámica tradicional.

A destacar que, como en todas las placas de inducción, no todas las sartenes y demás elementos funcionan, solo las preparadas para la inducción. Pero repito, esto es algo ya conocido y que sucede en todas las placas con tecnología de inducción.

En cuanto a la instalación he de decir que yo no lo hice personalmente y recurrí a un amigo entendido en estos temas, pero aparentemente parece bastante sencillo.

En definitiva, compra recomendable por calidad y precio.
