Der Klarstein Elektrokamin hat meine Erwartung erfüllt. Die technischen Parameter werden alle erfüllt. Er lässt sich schnell und problemlos installieren. Die Einstellung des Heizlüfters sollte auch ohne vorprogrammierte Wochentage möglich sein. Den Kauf dieses Produktes würde ich auf alle Fälle empfehlen.

The Klarstein electric fireplace has fulfilled my expectations. All of the technical parameters are met. It is quick and easy to install. The fan heater should be able to be set up without pre-programming the days of the week. I would definitely recommend buying this product.

Das Gerät war super verpackt ( doppelte Verpackung ). Es ist tatsächlich einfach zu montieren und ebenfalls zu bedienen. Kinderleicht. Die Optik spricht mich durch die Schlichtheit an, alles in allem eine gute Investition. Durch die künstlichen Flammen hat man das Gefühl, das Gerät heizt einfach " mehr ". Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen..... für alle, die schnell eine zusätzliche Heizquelle benötigen.

The device was packaged very well (double packaging). It is actually easy to assemble and also easy to use. It's child's play. The look appeals to me because of its simplicity, all in all a good investment. The artificial flames give you the feeling that the device simply heats "more". I can only recommend it... for anyone who needs an additional heat source quickly.

Très belle cheminée classe, design et réaliste. Très content du résultat. Juste un petit commentaire sur la livraison, une première réception où le carton était abimé et un coin de la vitre cassé ainsi qu'un poc sur la vitre, mais très bon service client qui m'a envoyé une étiquette de retour instantanément. Puis une deuxième réception avec quasiment le même impact sur le carton, mais heureusement, de l'autre coté de la cheminée et donc sans conséquence sur son état. J'ai signalé ce "désagrément au vendeur" qui n'est aucunement responsable de la logistique je pense... Et je vais aussi rajouter un petit détail qui peut intéresser les futurs acheteurs: -Les flammes sont très belles, très réalistes, mais en revanche, elles n'éclairent rien du tout, on ne peut pas manger ou s'installer devant pour discuter, on ne voit rien du tout hormis la flamme, ça ne fait pas comme une vraie cheminée qui éclaire toute la pièce ou quoi, non, là c'est juste l'intérieur de la cheminée qui est allumé.

Just a small comment on the delivery, a first reception where the cardboard was damaged and a corner of the window broken as well as a poc on the window, but very good customer service who sent me a return label instantly. Then a second reception with almost the same impact on the cardboard, but fortunately, on the other side of the chimney and therefore without consequence on its condition. I reported this "inconvenience to the seller" who is in no way responsible for the logistics I think... And I will also add a small detail which may interest future buyers: -The flames are very beautiful, very realistic, but on the other hand, they don't light anything at all, you can't eat or sit in front of it to chat, you can't see anything at all except the flame, it doesn't look like a real fireplace that lights up the whole room or anything, no, it's just the inside of the fireplace that is lit.

No se ha podido cargar el contenido multimedia. Lo he comprado para una cabaña de madera de unos 15 m2, muy bonito y práctico. Calienta muy bien y da una calidez a la estancia, tanto con el calor, como la iluminación.

Nur 4 Sterne in der Gesamtbewertung, weil der Kamin Geräusche macht, obwohl nur das Display eingeschaltet ist (ohne Heizung und Lüftung). Vermutlich ein Problem der Aufhängung des Displays am Kamingehäuse. Ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden.

No se ha podido cargar el contenido multimedia. La estufa se ve robusta y de calidad, queda muy bien en el salon. Lo unico malo es que hace mucho ruido con la funcion de calefaccion, es una pena, si hiciese menos ruido seria perfecta. Llego bien protegida pero el transportista nos comunica que viene la caja rota, le preguntamos si la podemos abrir delante de el y si estuviera rota se la llevase y nos dice que no, que solo se la puede llevar si no se abre, algo que no entendimos. Luego nos dice que los productos grandes los tratan a golpes y que no tienen cuidado con los productos fragiles y que tampoco hacen ningun tipo de diferenciacion en los almacenes, algo muy sorprendente de oir cuando pagas 170€ por algo. La gestion de los productos fragiles debe mejorar y mucho….

Der Kamin ist dank genauer Anleitung sehr einfach zu montieren. Das Flammenbild wirkt sehr realistisch und macht richtig Spaß. Wir sind sehr zufrieden; zumal auch der Preis sehr moderat ist.

Hemos redecorado el salón y necesitábamos poner algún aparato de cara al invierno ya que no tenemos tenemos calefacción y escogimos esta chimenea. Por lo que hemos probado calienta muy rápido, es muy agradable y sobre todo tiene una estética super bonita. No necesitas encastrarla, simplemente colgarla.

We have redecorated the living room and we needed to install some kind of appliance for the winter since we don't have heating and we chose this fireplace. From what we have tried, it heats up very quickly, it is very pleasant and above all it has a super nice aesthetic. You don't need to embed it, just hang it.

Muy contenta con la compra, la chimenea electrica tiene buenos acabados en color plata, mando a distancia ademas de botonera en parte superior incorporada, la llama es bonita y tiene varias intensidades. Además se puede utilizar como calefactor real, por poner un pero la rejilla de calefaccion esta en la parte superior y lo ideal en mi caso es que hubiera estado en los laterales.

I am very happy with the purchase. The electric fireplace has a good silver finish, a remote control and a built-in button panel on the top. The flame is beautiful and has various intensities. Erstmal das Positive: Optik super und ordentlich verarbeitet Flammenbild sehr schön und nahezu geräuschlos (leichtes schaben vom Drehmechanismus) Neutral: Fernbedienung man muss schon genau zielen startet immer mit Heizung und Flamme, so das man die Heizung wieder abstellen muss, das geht besser Negativ: wollte nach der Winterzeit den Kamin nach 3 Monaten Pause mal wieder benutzen, kein Ton oder Reaktion Gerät Tod. Support angeschrieben, automatisierte Rückmeldung es meldet sich ein Service Mitarbeiter, seit dem bei Klarstein ebenfalls Funkstille. Keiner meldet sich, und auf eine 2. Mail wird auch nicht mehr geantwortet. Telefonisch braucht man es auch nicht zu probieren. Sehr enttäuschend bei einem Verkäufer mit so vollmundigen Garantieversprechen in den AGBs. Ticket: 8001041669 falls Klarstein hier mitliest. So bleibt man auf den Schaden als Kunde sitzen. Daher kauft man in Zukunft bei einem Händler wo der Kunde auch nach Kauf König ist. Schade und nur 1 Stern. 04.08.21 Nachtrag Änderung auf 3 Sterne, da letztendlich nach Anschreiben über Amazon doch auf einmal der Service reagierte und einen kostenlosen Rücksendeschein schickte. Verpackt und zurückgeschickt. Nach 20 Tagen gibt es jetzt das Geld zurück da Gerät nicht zu reparieren und auch nicht mehr verfügbar ist.

Die Anzeige des Displays sitzt schief und die Anzeige erscheint vollkommen verschwommen. Die Zahlen kann man ja gerade noch erahnen aber die Wochentage sind nicht mehr zu lesen. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen das dies normal ist. Vielleicht können sie mir da weiterhelfen

Ich muss leider sagen, dass mich der Kamin von der Helligkeit des Feuers und vom Gesamteindruck nicht überzeugen konnte. Nach wenigen Tagen fing die Mechanik, die die bewegende Flamme erzeugt, an zu schnarren, alle fünf Sekunden zirka. Rein äußerlich macht der Kamin aber einen gute Eindruck. Er kam super verpackt an. Keine Macken oder sonstiges. Ich habe mich letztlich gegen das Produkt entschieden. Der Rückversand war problemlos. Ich bekam ein Retouren-Ettiket und habe dann für 3 Euro bei DHL die Abholung des Paketes beauftragt. Nun warte ich noch auf die Gutschrift.

Bestellung, Lieferung, Gerät selbst hat gut geklappt. Einziges Manko - wir glaubten, er macht auch das Feuergeräusch, aber es klingt so komisch, als ob sich jemand unanständig benimmt oder stöhnt. Haben uns dann den Bluetooth-Lautsprecher mit den installierten Feuer-Knistern nachgekauft. Nun haben wir 5 Stunden knistern zur Verfügung :-)

Order, delivery, device itself worked well. Only downside - we thought he also makes the fire sound but it sounds so weird like someone's naughty behavior or moaning. Then we bought the Bluetooth speaker with the crackling fire installed. Now we have 5 hours of crackling available :-)

Verpackung war gut, trotzdem waren am Rahmen leichte Kratzer und eine kleine Delle zu sehen. Flammenbild ist sehr schön und wenn die Heizung aus ist ist das Gerät geräuschlos. Wir mögen dieses Gerät, weil es nicht nur einfach einen schwarzen Rahmen hat und somit im ausgeschalteten Zustand wie ein Fernseher aussieht. Trotz der Kratzer haben wir das Gerät behalten, weil Klarstein uns entgegen gekommen ist.

Packaging was good, but there were slight scratches and a small dent on the frame. Flame picture is very nice and when the heating is off the device is silent. We like this device because it doesn't just have a black frame, making it look like a TV when it's off. Despite the scratches, we kept the device because Klarstein accommodated us.

Es gab ein störendes Geräusch. Siehe Fotos. Habe nun auch etwas Gummi und eine Unterlegscheibe verwendet. Nun kein störendes Geräusch mehr. Innen doch sehr billig verarbeitet. China lässt grüssen! Vom Preis gerade noch akzeptabel. 4 Sterne sind akzeptabel. Und es war wirklich nicht schwer! Nur 5 Schrauben lösen...

The heater is quick and blows from the top and can be controlled remotely. The main cord was black that didn't fit my decor, but I got around this with a white extension cable. Very reasonably priced in comparison with similar. All in all a fab fire .

Der Kamin wirkt an der Wand sehr edel. Die Flammen und das Holz sehen täuschend echt aus. Die Montage war sehr einfach lediglich danach ist das Reinigen des Edelstahlrahmens etwas mühsam, aber ansonsten fasst man den ja nicht an. Das Geräusch der Heizung hört sich an wie ein Föhn. Ich wollte den Kamin aber nur zur Optik somit schalte ich die Heizung aus. Was mir nicht gefällt ist die Tiefe des Kamins. Bei mir hängt er leider so, dass man das sieht. Wenn er aber so angebracht werden kann, dass man nur von vorne draufsieht, stört das nicht. Vielleicht könnte der Hersteller Seitenblenden anbieten. Schön wäre es gewesen, wenn das typische Knistern zu hören wäre, werd mir aber ein Gerät dazu kaufen.

Nous sommes très contents de notre achat , la cheminée allumée fait vraiment un bel effet , chauffe très vite et très peu de bruit, faut vraiment porter attention pour l’entendre. Très facile pour la pose , nous recommandons vivement et le prix est correct pour cet appareil. La livraison a été très rapide car nous l’avons reçue avant la date prévue et très bien protégée lors de l’expédition.

Excellent fireplace, everyone who enters my house is drawn to the Q5. I can have a fireplace in an apartment. It combines perfectly with the minimalist decoration of my apartment. Powerful heating cone and the best thing is its remote control which allows you to use the heat function or just flames without having to move from the sofa. I am veryyyy happy.

Gleich vorweg, der Kamin ist schön. Sehr schön sogar. Leider ist die Qualität der innen verbauten Teile eher durchwachsen. Als mein Kamin ankam, war die Verpackung komplett in Ordnung, auch das Glas, und der Metallkorpus waren komplett ohne Dellen, Kratzer, oder sonstige Beschädigungen. Soweit so gut. Optisch der erwartete Hingucker. Leider machte er jedoch beim Einschalten des Feuereffektes alle paar Sekunden quitschende/schleifende Geräusche. Da ich die Verpackung bereits entsorgt hatte und ich das Gerät somit nicht mehr zurück senden konnte, hab ich es kurzer Hand selbst aufgeschraubt. Einmal zerlegt musste ich feststellen, dass die INNEN verbauten Komponenten teilweise verbeult oder eingerissen waren, und zudem leider auch noch ziemlich lieblos miteinander verbaut wurden. Funktioniert zwar alles, und das Innenleben sieht im Normalfall ja auch keiner, aber notwendig ist das trotzdem nicht. Das Quietschgeräusch konnte ich so aber leicht identifizieren: die Welle, an der die Effektlampe verbaut ist, war etwas schief eingebaut worden. Durch den Resonanzkörper (die Welle samt Antrieb ist direkt mit Metallhalterung mit dem Korpus verbunden, drum herum ein größerer Hohlraum...) wurde das Quitschen noch zusätzlich verstärkt. Da ich den Kamin ja schon offen hatte, hab ich aber nicht nur die Wellenhalterung gerade gerückt, sondern auch gleich das Wellenlager nachgefettet und die Aufhängung akustisch mit Moosgummi vom restlichen Korpus entkoppelt Danach natürlich wieder alles verschraubt. Jetzt sieht alles nicht nur wieder top aus, sondern ist nun auch nahezu komplett geräuschlos. So hätte ich es eigentlich out of the box erwartet... Aber: Der Kamin ist trotzdem Top! Die Flammenoptik ist ein Traum, und die von Außen sichtbaren Teile (Korpus, Glas) sehen ebenfalls sehr gut und edel aus. Das Innenleben könnte zwar etwas hochwertiger sein, wird seinen Dienst aber vermutlich dennoch lange tun. Für die Bastler unter euch: es ist jedenfalls sehr simpel gehalten, und damit im Bedarfsfall auch recht leicht zu reparieren. Resüme: ich bereure den Kauf absolut nicht, und erfreue mich abends an der tollen Kaminfeueroptik Kleiner Nachsatz: Ein Elektrogerät aufschrauben soll bzw. darf natürlich nur jemand, der dazu auch befugt ist.

When my fireplace arrived, the packaging was in perfect condition, including the glass and metal body, with no dents, scratches or other damage. So far so good. Optically the expected eye-catcher. Unfortunately, however, he made squeaking/grinding noises every few seconds when switching on the fire effect. Since I had already disposed of the packaging and could not send the device back, I quickly unscrewed it myself. Once disassembled, I had to realize that the INSIDE built-in components were partially dented or torn, and unfortunately also rather carelessly built together. Everything works, and nobody normally sees the inner workings, but it's still not necessary. But I was able to easily identify the squeaking noise: the shaft on which the effect lamp is installed was installed at an angle. The squeaking was further amplified by the resonator (the shaft and drive are connected directly to the body with a metal bracket, with a larger cavity around it...). Since I already had the chimney open, I not only straightened the shaft bracket, but also greased the shaft bearing and acoustically decoupled the suspension from the rest of the body with foam rubber. Then, of course, screwed everything back together. Now everything not only looks great again, but is now almost completely silent. That's what I would have expected out of the box... But: The fireplace is still great! The flame look is a dream, and the parts visible from the outside (body, glass) also look very good and noble. The inner workings could be of a higher quality, but it will probably do its job for a long time. Ich bin 61 Jahre, weiblich und "blond". Trotzdem konnte ich ganz alleine, völlig stressfrei mit Hilfe einer Schlagbohrmaschine die obere Befestigungsleiste des Kamines an der Wand befestigen. Wenn mann vorher die Frontabdeckung aushängt, kann man auch als Frau den Kamin problemlos auf der Schiene einhängen. Und wenn man vorher auch noch die untere kleine Befestigungsschiene am Kamin anschraubt, kann man deren Bohrlöcher ganz unkompliziert kennzeichnen, Kamin wieder abhängen, Dübel anbringen, Kamin wieder einhängen, untere Befestigungsschiene in Wand verschrauben und Frontscheibe einhängen. Dazu braucht es keine 2 Personen. Kamineffekt super, tauscht man die mitgelieferten Steine gegen Holzstücke aus, wirkt alles noch authentischer. Die Hintergrundbeleuchtung ist ein schöner Zusatz. Mit einer zusätzlich angeschafften super kleinen Soundbox mit Kamingeräuschen ist die Illusion perfekt. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Jetzt im Sommer kaufen, im Winter genießen!

If you unhook the front cover beforehand, you can also hang the chimney on the rail without any problems as a woman. And if you also screw the lower small mounting rail to the chimney beforehand, you can easily mark the drill holes, remove the chimney again, attach dowels, hang the chimney again, screw the lower mounting rail to the wall and hang the front pane. You don't need 2 people for this. Great chimney effect, if you swap the supplied stones for pieces of wood, everything looks even more authentic. The backlight is a nice addition. With an additionally purchased super small sound box with fireplace noises, the illusion is perfect. Value for money is great. Buy now in summer, enjoy in winter!

Die Medien konnten nicht geladen werden. Bisher sind alle zufrieden: Familie, Besucher finden den Elektro-Kamin gut. Ich muss allerdings zwei Kritikpunkte loswerden. Der Elektro-Kamin kommt mit einer weiß umrandeten Glasscheibe, wird von von mir auf einer weiß geputzten Wand montiert und ich stelle dann fest, dass das Anschlusskabel und Stecker schwarz sind. Geht nur abschneiden und ein weißes Kabel mit weißem Stecker montieren, sonst ist die Kaminillusion dahin. Die Glasscheibe ist leider nicht entspiegelt - ein weiteres Manko, denn damit geht die Wirkung des 'offenen Feuers' verloren, wenn sich in der Scheibe die Umgebung spiegelt. Empfehlen würde ich in jedem Fall den separaten 'Knistereffekt'. Der ist die Tage eingetroffen und passt perfekt zu der Licht-Kamnin-Feuer-Illusion.

The electric fireplace comes with a white-edged glass pane, which I mount on a white-plastered wall and then I notice that the connection cable and plug are black. All you have to do is cut it off and fit a white cable with a white plug, otherwise the chimney illusion is gone. Unfortunately, the glass pane is not anti-reflective - another drawback, because the effect of the 'open fire' is lost when the surroundings are reflected in the pane. In any case, I would recommend the separate 'crackle effect'. It has arrived and fits perfectly with the light-chimney-fire illusion.

I was very skeptic at First as there was only 4 reviews I went on a Wim cause it was good for money an read lots of other reviews and it was more or less the same product. I've got to say it let's out lots of heathe the led light glows the room up and I just love it. You can set a timer to come on before you get in from work so it's cosy and it's just lovely I love it

It’s absolutely beautiful now it’s installed on our lounge wall. The biggest let down is the heat. It comes out of the top only and heats the ceiling. Takes ages to heat the room. Rather disappointed about that feature

Ich habe für unsere Gartensauna (Holzbau) einen Schnellheizer gesucht, um den Vorraum/Ruheraum schnell auf eine angenehme Temperatur zu bringen. Bei den anderen infrage kommenden Modellen handelte es allerdings durchweg um wenig attraktive Badlüfter. Da dieses Gerät optisch einen schönen Eindruck machte, darüber hinaus über eine Heizleistung von 2000 W verfügen sollte, haben wir uns für dieses Heizgerät entschieden. Die Optik ist wirklich schön und macht an einer Holzwand schon was her. Die Heizleistung wurde mit 1000 bzw. 2000 W angegeben. Gemessen habe ich etwas mehr als 1900 W, aber keine volle 2000 W. Bei einem Wechsel von niedriger auf maximale Heizstufe erhöht sich die Gebläseleistung nicht, sondern bleibt gleich. Die Lautstärke des Gebläses ist für einen Ruheraum eigentliche zu laut. Wir benutzen das Gerät allerdings ohnehin nur zum vorheizen. Zwischen den Saunagängen lassen wir die Tür der Saunakabine, bei abgeschalteten Saunaofen, geöffnet, bis die Wohlfühltemperatur im Vorraum erreicht ist. Am Heizgerät flackert dann nur noch die künstliche Flamme(11 W). Um die Temperatur im Vorraum (ca. 8 m2) von ca. 5-6 °C auf ca. 17° zu bringen dauert es gut 1 Stunde. (Der Holzbau verfügt über massive Außenwände aus Blockbohlen mit einer Stärke von 95 mm, mit Isolierglasfenstern - ist also gut isoliert). Da hätte ich mir etwas mehr Heizleistung gewünscht. Schade auch, dass das Gerät nicht über eine Smart-Home Steckdose in Gang gesetzt werden kann. Ist das Gerät einmal vom Netz genommen und wird wieder angeschlossen, schaltet es lediglich in den Stand-by-Modus. zur Inbetriebnahme muss man das Gerät direkt am dortigen Schalter einschalten. Das Anschlusskabel dürfte länger sein. es ist keinesfalls 3 m lang wie aus der Beantwortung einer Frage von 2014 zu lesen ist. Das Gerät hängt in ca. 1,40 m Höhe .Zur 1,20 m entfernten Steckdose brauche ich schon ein Verlängerungskabel. Aber in punkto Anschlusskabellänge geizen ja alle Hersteller. (Es geht immer billiger.) Die Empfehlung, statt der mitgelieferten Kieselsteine kleine künstliche Holzscheite, aus Keramik, zur Dekoration zu verwenden, um der Kaminofenoptik ein noch realistischeres Bild zu verschaffen kann ich nicht weitergeben. Die Auflagefläche ist zu gering und es sieht einfach nicht gut aus. Alles in allem aber sind wir mit dem Gerät zufrieden. Optik schön – Heizleistung befriedigend. Die Montage konnte ich alleine bewältigen. Das Gerät wiegt zwar ca. 20 kg. Bei abgenommener Frontscheibe lassen sich beide Teile aber gut justieren. Wegen einer anderweitigen Bewertung hatte ich allerdings sicherheitshalber stärkere Schrauben für die Wandmontage verwendet.

I was looking for a quick heater for our garden sauna (wooden construction) to quickly bring the anteroom/relaxation room to a comfortable temperature. However, the other possible models were all unattractive bathroom fans. Since this device made a good visual impression and should also have a heating capacity of 2000 W, we decided on this heater. The look is really nice and looks great on a wooden wall. The heating power was given as 1000 or 2000 W. I measured a little more than 1900 W, but not a full 2000 W. When changing from low to maximum heating level, the fan power does not increase, but remains the same. The volume of the fan is actually too loud for a rest room. However, we only use the device for preheating anyway. Between sauna sessions, we leave the door of the sauna cabin open, with the sauna oven switched off, until the comfortable temperature in the anteroom has been reached. Only the artificial flame (11 W) flickers on the heater. It takes a good hour to bring the temperature in the anteroom (approx. 8 m2) from approx. 5-6 °C to approx. 17 °C. (The wooden building has massive outer walls made of logs with a thickness of 95 mm, with insulating glass windows - is therefore well insulated). I would have liked a little more heat output. It's also a pity that the device cannot be started via a smart home socket. Once the device has been disconnected from the network and reconnected, it simply switches to stand-by mode. to start up, you have to switch on the device directly at the switch there. The connection cable could be longer. it is by no means 3 m long as can be read from the answer to a question from 2014. The device hangs at a height of approx. 1.40 m. I need an extension cable for the socket which is 1.20 m away. But when it comes to connection cable length, all manufacturers are stingy. (It's always cheaper.) I can't pass on the recommendation to use small artificial logs made of ceramic for decoration instead of the pebbles supplied, in order to give the stove an even more realistic appearance. The contact surface is too small and it just doesn't look good. All in all, however, we are satisfied with the device. Looks nice - heat output satisfactory. I was able to do the assembly myself. The device weighs about 20 kg. With the windscreen removed, however, both parts can be easily adjusted. However, because of another review, I had used stronger screws for wall mounting to be on the safe side.

Das Kaminfeuer ist wirklich ein schöner Blickfang bei uns im Wohnzimmer. Die Qualität überzeugt für diesen Preis meiner Meinung nach sehr: POSITIV: - In einem dunkeln Raum erzeugt das Feuer eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre - Durch die LEDs auf der Rückseite erzeugt man zusätzlich noch ein schönes Stimmungslicht. - Die Montage war Kinderleicht. - Dank einer Fernbedienung kann man es gemütlich von überall ansteuern - Alles hochwertig verarbeitet und sinnvoll durchdacht NEGATIV: - Das Feuer sieht bei Tageslicht nicht ganz so schön aus, wie Abends. - Die mitgelieferten Steine wirken mit dem Feuer leider nicht ganz so toll -> Ich empfehle zusätzlich noch Keramik Holzscheitel für eine bessere Optik zu besorgen - Lüfter für die Heizfunktion können etwas laut sein (habe hierzu aber keinen Vergleich) Wenn man über diese kleinen "Makel" hinwegsehen kann, ist das wirklich ein sehr schöner Elektrokamin! Klare Kaufempfehlung meinerseits.

In my opinion, the quality is very convincing for this price: POSITIVE: - In a dark room, the fire creates a very relaxed atmosphere - The LEDs on the back also create a nice mood light. - Assembly was easy. - Thanks to a remote control, you can control it comfortably from anywhere - Everything is of high quality and well thought out NEGATIVE: - The fire doesn't look quite as nice in daylight as it does in the evening. - Unfortunately, the supplied stones don't work that well with the fire -> I also recommend getting ceramic wooden crests for a better look - Fans for the heating function can be a bit loud (but I have no comparison) If you have these small "flaws ", this really is a very nice electric fireplace! Clear purchase recommendation on my part.
