Ich kann diesen Elektrokamin nur weiter empfehlen. Mit den Holzscheiten sieht der Kamin wie echt aus.

Leider ist am Heizgitter die Farbe abgeplatzt, leider zu spät entdeckt, sonst wäre der Kamin zurückgegangen. Ich nehme an , dass der Kamin schon mal zurückgeschickt wurde. Schade, ansonsten sieht der Heizkamin gut aus , war nicht der Schaden an dem Lüftungsrost, der außerdem auch noch verbogen ist.

So richtig konnte ich die Heizleistung nicht testen bei der Hitze der letzten Wochen.

Der Ofen sieht gut aus, passt in jede kleine Nische. Vom Preis her war ich überrascht. Freunde schätzen ihn auf 1000,00 Euro. Mit dem Sichtfenster glaubt man dass man echtes Holz verschürt. Auch die künstliche Rachentwicklung ist klasse. Er heizt sehr gut . Das allerdings hab ich nur kurz getestet, denn die Witterung war nicht dementsprechend. Alles lässt dich mit der Fernbedienung gut steuern. Ich bin einfach happy diesen Kaminofen zu besitzen.

The stove looks good and fits into every small niche. I was surprised by the price. Friends estimate it to be worth 1000.00 euros. The viewing window makes you think you are burning real wood. The artificial heat development is also great. It heats very well. I only tested it briefly though, as the weather wasn't ideal. Everything can be controlled easily with the remote control. I am just happy to own this stove.

Ein sehr schöner Elektro-Ofen. Mit tolle Optik außen sowie auch innen. Die Flammen sehen sehr echt aus und er macht schnell schöne Wärme im Raum. Wir haben noch eine Knisterbox dazu gekauft damit die Geräusche auch da sind. Unverwechselbar echt.

Eigentlich ist der "Kamin" ein tolles Gerät. Das "Feuerspiel" sieht "real" aus, klar, einem echten Kamin, den wir auch haben, entspricht es null. Dazu müsste mehr Helligkeit und Tiefe in das Flammenspiel. Die Verarbeitung ist bei unserem Gerät als sehr gut zu bezeichnen, die Wärme, was wir nicht unbedingt benötigen, als völlig ausreichende Leistung zu bewerten, wenn man sie benötigen müsste. Die Fernbedienung macht ihren Job, das unbeleuchtete Display ist sehr gut abzulesen, die Einstellmöglichkeiten über diese sind gut. Helligkeit der Flammeninszenierung und des Brennguts kann man ebenfalls darüber einstellen. Aber: wir haben das Smart Home Exemplar gekauft. Das kostet derzeit 50 Euro mehr. Und funktioniert nicht. Egal, mit welchem Smartphone/Tablet wir es versuchen. Es tut sich nichts. Die Anleitung bringt darüber keine Aufklärung. Jedoch ist der Aufwand für 50 Euro, eine Retournierung zu starten, sinnlos und völlig überzogen. Verpackt war das Gerät in einem stabilen Karton. Zudem war die Ware mit Styropor schlagsicher verpackt. Also auch da alles super. Fazit: Ein schöner, gut verarbeiteter, sicher gelieferter, wärmebringender Kamin, der noch Ausbesserungspotential in Sachen Connectivity und Flammeninszenierung hat. SmartHome updaten, Flammeninszenierung ein wenig heller und evtl. Ein wenig Tiefe hinein bringen, dann wäre es perfekt.

However, the effort of starting a return for 50 euros is pointless and completely excessive. The device was packaged in a sturdy box. The goods were also packed in impact-proof polystyrene. So everything was great there too. Conclusion: A beautiful, well-made, safely delivered, heat-producing fireplace that still has room for improvement in terms of connectivity and flame staging. Update the SmartHome, make the flame staging a little brighter and perhaps add a little depth, and it would be perfect.

Die Medien konnten nicht geladen werden. Er ist super schön ! Leider ist er uns ein bisschen zu niedrig gewesen. Man kann aber auch sagen zum Glück ! Wir haben einfach Möbel-beine drunter verschraubt und ich finde es steht ihm super ! Genauso wie das Rohr was wir zusätzlich angebracht haben . Der Kamin wurde leider defekt geliefert. An vielen Stellen blätterte der Lack ab. Rücksendung klappte problemlos. Kosten wurden vom Verkäufer übernommen. Natürlich wegen der Größe und dem Gewicht sehr sperrig zu transportieren. Leider hatte ich den Kamin zum Sonderpreis bestellt. Der Preis war nach der beschädigten Lieferung nicht mehr gültig. Deswegen habe ich als Ersatz ein anderes Modell gewählt. Fand ich sehr schade.

Leider konnte eine Anmeldung des Ofen im WLAN nicht vorgenommen werden. Dir Firma Klarstein hat diese Reklamation vorbildlich zeitnah und kundenfreundlich bearbeitet. Sehr guter Service!!
