Der Tisch macht einen wertigen Eindruck. Die Verarbeitung und Optik sind gut. Ich hätte gedacht, dass er etwas leichter ist, aber das stört nicht. Ich finde ihn sehr angenehm, um im HomeOffice auch mal im Stehen arbeiten zu können und natürlich auch zur Nutzung auf dem Sofa. Hab ihn unserer Tochter verschenkt, die ihn ebenfalls toll fand und bestelle mir jetzt selbst noch einen.

The table makes a high-quality impression. The workmanship and appearance are good. I would have thought that it would be a bit lighter, but that doesn't bother me. I find it very comfortable for working standing up in the home office and of course for use on the sofa. I gave it to our daughter, who also loved it, and I'm now ordering another one for myself.

Gut verarbeitet. Sieht schön aus. Leider passt es nicht auf mein Sofa, da die Beine noch sehr weit auseinander gehen und bei meinem Sofa kann ich noch die Sitzfläche herausziehen. Aber trotzdem nicht. Die Schublade ist etwas lammelig. Handy passt da auf keinen Fall rein, würde ich auch nicht reinlegen, weil die Schublades sehr leichtgängig ist und sich schnell öffnet.

Well made. Looks nice. Unfortunately it doesn't fit on my sofa because the legs are still very far apart and I can still pull out the seat on my sofa. But still not. The drawer is a bit flimsy. There's no way my cell phone will fit in there, and I wouldn't put it in there either because the drawer is very smooth and opens quickly.

Schön verarbeitet und schön anzusehen. Würde ich wieder kaufen. Preis-Leistung war in Ordnung.

Das Bildschirmpodest hier (L 52,5 x B 24 x H 10 cm) besitzt eine Standfläche von 32 x 24 cm. Und damit sind zwar nur gerade mal 10 cm Höhe gewonnen, aber für unser CranioSacralSystem, das steckt in unserer Wirbelsäule ist so eine Differenz von entscheidender Bedeutung. Steht unser Bildschirm zu tief, neigen wir ständig den Kopf nach unten – ist unsere Tastatur dann auch noch auf der falschen Bedienhöhe, zu tief oder zu hoch, nehmen wir eine völlig unnatürliche Körperhaltung ein, und das für Stunden und tagelang, so dass manche Wirbel gar nicht anders können, als „krumm“ zu wachsen. Der Schmerz kommt leider nicht nach Tagen, manchmal nicht einmal nach Monaten, meist erst nach Jahren und dann hat man wirklich viele Probleme. Ich kenne die Bemühungen von großen Arbeitgebern, wo Betriebsräte und Werksärzte, Arbeitsmediziner und Bürodesigner und -ausstatter viel Zeit und Energie aufwenden, um Bildschirmarbeitsplätze ergonomisch zu gestalten. Da spielen Tischhöhen, Arbeitsstühle, Entfernungen zu den Bildschirmen, Entspiegelung, Lichteinfall, künstliche Beleuchtung eine immense Rolle. Fachleute „designen“ den Arbeitsplatz. Beim Staat und in kleineren Firmen, die sich einen derartigen Aufwand von Thinktank und Brain nicht leisten wollen oder können, landen die extremen Fälle eben irgendwann beim Chirurgen auf dem Tisch, der dann in optimaler Arbeitshöhe beispielsweise eine Versteifung von Wirbeln herbeiführt, um Schmerzen durch Bewegung zu lindern. Mein Nachbar beispielsweise: 30 Jahre Bildschirmarbeit – heute kann er im Gespräch den Kopf dir nur dann zuwenden, wenn er den ganzen Oberkörper mitdreht – zwei oder drei versteifte Wirbel und sein soziales Leben wird ein völlig anderes. Deswegen – ja – dieses nachhaltige NICHT-PLASTIK-Ständerle aus Bambus – es ist formschön und gesund für ihren Rücken und ihre Wirbel – lesen Sie bitte nach, wie hoch und wie weit entfernt und wie sehr auf Augenhöhe ihr Home-Office Bildschirm denn stehen muss, damit keine bedenklchen medizinischen Probleme sich im Lauf der Zeit anschleichen können. Es ist manchmal so einfach, wenn ein/e Fachmann/frau einen Blick draufwärfe – wer das nicht hat, der muss sich selber schlau machen und willens sein danach zu handeln. Das Bambus-Tray wird nun auch für kleine Notebooks empfohlen – ich gebe aber unter ergonomischen Gesichtspunkten zu bedenken, was das wieder mit ihren Handgelenken und Sehnen macht, wenn Sie diese beim Tippen dann abknicken müssen … ist zwar weitaus weniger schlimm als Probleme mit der Wirbelsäule, aber man sollte eigentlich grundsätzlich darüber nachdenken, ob man nicht doch besser mit einem Zusatzbildschirm und einer mobilen Tastatur arbeitet und das per Kabel oder Dockingstation oder nur per Bluetooth mit dem Notebook verbunden hat und dann sich mit externem Schirm und Tastatur eine gesündere Arbeitsumgebung geschaffen hat. Deswegen – dieses kleine Holzbrett unter Ihrem Bildschirm, statt vor Ihrem Kopf. Und wenn Sie wieder in Büro müssen oder in Rente … das Brett kann man auch mit Orchideen am Fenster aufstellen. Bambus verzeiht Wasser! Fühlen Sie sich gut beraten von mir? Dann , Dankeschön Nachtrag zu Fehlhaltungen und nicht beachteter Ergonomie: Was beispielsweise die Autoindustrie bei vielen Fahrzeugen nicht fertigbringt: Ich fahre gerne mit einer Hand am Lenkrad und das meist mit der linken, den Ellenbogen auf der Fensterbrüstung oder dem Handgriffbalken zum Zuziehen der Tür abgelegt. Und vor allem im Urlaub fällt mir bei unterschiedlichsten Mietfahrzeugen dann auf, wie schnell sich nach wenigen Stunden Autofahrt mein Schultergelenk mit Schmerz meldet, weil ich zu hoch oder zu tief meinen Ellenbogen abgelegt habe. Meist versuche ich dann mit einer anderen Sitzhöhe dem Problem beizukommen, dabei wäre es so hilfreich, wenn der Griffbalken in der Tür um 10cm auf-ab justiert werden könnte. Aber nein, das haben die Ingenieure noch nicht angepackt und wird in Zukunft bei selbstfahrenden Autos ja auch gar nicht mehr gebraucht werden. Ja, auch das Lenkrad kann ja justiert werden, das entspannt dann den Winkel ein wenig, ändert aber leider nichts an dem Punkt, auf dem der Ellenbogen aufliegt – ein echtes Manko an sehr vielen Autos.

In the government and smaller companies that do not want or cannot afford such an outlay by a think tank and brain, extreme cases end up on the surgeon's table at some point, who then, for example, stiffens vertebrae at the optimal working height in order to relieve pain through movement. My neighbor, for example: 30 years of working at a computer screen - today he can only turn his head towards you when talking to you if he turns his whole upper body - two or three stiffened vertebrae and his social life becomes completely different. Addendum on poor posture and ignored ergonomics: What the car industry, for example, fails to achieve with many vehicles: I like to drive with one hand on the steering wheel, usually with my left hand, with my elbow resting on the window sill or the handle bar to close the door. And especially on vacation, when I rent a variety of vehicles, I notice how quickly my shoulder joint starts to hurt after just a few hours' drive because I've rested my elbow too high or too low. I usually try to solve the problem by changing the seat height, but it would be so helpful if the handle bar in the door could be adjusted up or down by 10cm. But no, the engineers haven't tackled that yet, and it won't be needed at all in the future with self-driving cars. Yes, the steering wheel can also be adjusted, which relaxes the angle a little, but unfortunately it doesn't change the point at which the elbow rests - a real shortcoming in many cars.

In Zeiten von Homeoffice ein sehr nützliches Tischchen für die Arbeit mit dem Laptop auf dem Sofa. Der Tisch ist schön stabil und kann in festgelegten Neigungen genutzt werden. Aber auch für Notizen oder Frühstück im Bett macht der Tisch einen guten Eindruck. Ich kann den Tisch ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen.

Endlich keine kalten Füße mehr während der Zoom-Sitzung. Durch die integrierten Lüftungsschlitze kann der Laptop auch nicht überhitzen und die Höhe kann jederzeit individuell angepasst werden. Außerdem hat das Tischchen noch eine kleine Schublade, in die man beispielsweise Heftklammern, Stifte, etc. hineingeben kann - habe ich bisher aber nicht gebraucht. Haptik und Optik sind hochwertig, was bei dem Preis nicht selbstverständlich ist. Man kann die linke größere Platte des Tisches übrigens auch höher stellen, was besonders angenehm zum Lesen ist. Für mich ein absoluter Gamechanger für die Arbeit am Laptop :) Mein Freund ist auch so begeistert, dass wir regelrecht darum feilschen, wer ihn heute in Anspruch nehmen darf. Kann ich also wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

The table also has a small drawer in which you can put staples, pens, etc. - but I haven't used it yet. Haptics and optics are of high quality, which is not a matter of course for the price. Incidentally, you can also raise the larger table top on the left, which is particularly pleasant for reading. For me it's an absolute game changer for working on the laptop :) My friend is also so enthusiastic that we're literally haggling over who can use it today. So I can heartily recommend it.
