Le produit multimédia n'a pas pu être chargé. J'ai acheté ce hachoir pour pouvoir hacher ma viande de façon autonome. Je n ai utilisé que les disques de hachage. C est une belle machine, mais la qualité du plastique est un peu décevante... Elle fait également un peu trop bruyante à mon goût. Certaines viandes, comme le poulet a tendance à rester dans la vis sans être haché. Je n' ai pas de soucis avec le boeuf. Attention à bien sécher les disques après lavage car ils ont tendance à rouiller... J ai fait l'erreur de laver sans sécher directement et j ai vu qu'un des disques a rouillé, après un autre lavage je n'ai pas eu le soucis. J'ai mis 4 étoiles car il y a un bon rapport qualité prix tout de même ( quand elle est remisée).

ich hatte monate zuvor einen elektrischen fleischwolf gekauft auch von klarstein habe mir aber die gebrauchsanweisung nicht durchgelesen habe den fleischwolfaufsatz in den spüler gegeben zur reinin gung und habe denaufsatz schwarz wieder aus den spüler geholt wie es in der gebrauchsw anweisung steht jetzt wollte ich eigendlich nur ein neuen fleischwolfaufsatz haben aber das funktionierte nicht habe immer nur den reibeaufsatz angeboten bekommen komische sache nun habe ich einenkompletten neuen fleischwolf gekauft den ich eigendlich nicht brauchte . ich brauchte nur den fleischwolfaufsatz bin enttäuscht über die ersatzteil bereitstellung

Now I actually just wanted a new meat grinder attachment but it didn't work. I was only ever offered the grater attachment. Strange thing. Now I have bought a completely new meat grinder that I didn't actually need. I only needed the meat grinder attachment. I am disappointed with the supply of spare parts.

Je pense avoir utilisé une grille de 8/10 pour mon travail effectué. Der Fleischwolf ist gut zu Handhaben, hat 2 Lochscheiben und eine Triangelscheibe. 3 Wurstfüller sind auch dabei. 2 Geschwindigkeiten erleichtern einen das arbeiten, bzw. wursten. Es gibt nicht wirklich was schlechtes zu berichten, nur ein Manko hat das Gerät. Ohne zu übertreiben kann ich die Lautstärke nicht gut heißen. Ohrenschützer sind angebracht wenn man noch gut hören kann, sonst ist damit bald schluss. Nicht vereinbar mit ,,Arbeitsschutzrecht" da würden wir glatt ohne Ohrenschützer streiken. Das ist kein Witz, deshalb ziehe ich einen Stern ab, gebe nur 4.

La he probado un par de veces y va genial, pica muy rápido y se ve robusta. El único pero es q la cuchilla se oxida, pero creo q en toda picadora ocurre lo mismo.

Der Wolf funktioniert einwandfrei. Habe schon so einiges damit verarbeitet und bin sehr zufrieden. Das Teil ist schon relativ laut, aber nicht der Art, wie in einigen Rezessionen geschrieben. Sicher würde es mit ein wenig Dämmung auch leiser gehen, aber er tut was er soll und dass auch zuverlässig. Ich würde ihn mir wiederkaufen.

Io l'ho utilizzato per macinare del tacchino e si è comportato egregiamente è un trattore!

Ich verwende das Gerät ausschliesslich, um einmal pro Woche ca. 2 kg Fleisch - nur Muskelfleisch vom Rind - für meine Katzen zu zerkleinern. Das geht ohne Probleme und sehr schnell und funktioniert am besten, wenn das Fleisch vorher in grössere Würfel geschnitten und leicht vorgefrostet, aber nicht tiefgekühlt, wurde. Der Fleischwolf ist schon sehr laut, aber für den angegebenen Zweck macht er seine Arbeit gut. Auch der Preis ist in Ordnung. Allerdings darf das Gerät nicht in der Spülmaschine gereinigt werden. Für Lautstärke und Reinigung 1 Stern Abzug.

I only use the device to chop about 2 kg of meat - only muscle meat from beef - for my cats once a week. This is quick and easy and works best if the meat has been cut into large cubes and slightly pre-frozen, but not deep-frozen. The meat grinder is already very noisy, but for the stated purpose it does its job well. The price is also okay. However, the device must not be cleaned in the dishwasher. Der Feischwolf sieht gut aus. Dies nur am Rande weil nicht wirklich relevant für die Qualität. Über die schnelle Lieferung und excellente Verpackung von Amazon muss man nicht mehr sagen..einfach genial. Gerät ausgepackt, Teile ausgewaschen und abends Hackfleisch gemacht. Das war ein Vergnügen. Meine Frau hat trockenes Baguette und Schalotten, Knoblauch gleich mit gewolft. Ging einfach und schnell. Das so ein starker Motor Krach macht ist doch normal. Andere Küchenmaschinen tun es auch ( Kaffeemühle z.B. ) Da ist kein Grund zur Aufregung. Die Teile alle sofort gewaschen. Das hat sogar meine Frau selbst gemacht... Insgesamt fühlt sich der Fleischwolf sehr hochwertig. Die Handhabung ist sehr einfach. Wir haben schon Klarstein im Haus. Es war für mich ein Grund bei der Marke zu bleiben. Ganze 5 Sterne sind vorerst wohlverdient. Sollte sich etwas ändern, gibt es dann ein Update. Wie gesagt, wir haben nur 1 Mal benutzt mit 2 Kilos Rindfleisch.

The mincer looks good. This is only marginal because it is not really relevant for the quality. You don't have to say more about the fast delivery and excellent packaging from Amazon.. simply brilliant. Unpacked the device, washed out parts and made minced meat in the evening. That was a pleasure. My wife has dry baguette and shallots, minced garlic at the same time. Was easy and quick. That such a strong engine makes noise is normal. Other food processors do it too (coffee grinder, for example). There's no reason to get excited. All parts washed immediately. Even my wife did it herself... Overall, the meat grinder feels very high quality. The handling is very simple. We already have Klarstein in the house. It was a reason for me to stay with the brand. All 5 stars are well deserved for the time being. If anything changes, there will be an update. As I said, we only used it once with 2 kilos of beef.

Marcha alante y atrás por si se queda encajado algún trozo de carne. Trae diferentes discos dependiendo de lo que quieras hacer. La hemos utilizado durante horas y no se ha recalentado. La única pega que el manual no viene en español pero como he dicho antes, es fácil usarla.

Visto il costo non troppo esagerato ne ho acquistato uno da regalare ai miei genitori in sostituzione ad uno che utilizzavano fino a poco tempo fa ma che purtroppo si è guastato. È un elettrodomestico ben fatto, robusto quanto basta e ideale per l’uso casalingo: è fornito di tutti gli accessori necessari per creare trita di tutte le dimensioni e insaccati gustosi. Il piatto è abbastanza grande e il foro per l’inserimento delle carni è comodo. I dischi delle varie dimensioni sono facilmente sostituibili grazie alla ghiera filettata. Comoda anche la pulizia visto che si può smontare totalmente ed in più ha la doppia possibilità di rotazione della vite infinita in modo da facilitare la pulizia e non sprecare la minima quantità di carne. Davvero un buon prodotto, soddisfatto dell’acquisto e regalo davvero gradito... non vedo l’ora di assaggiare i primi salami che aimè saranno pronti tra qualche mese.

Given the not too excessive cost I bought one to give to my parents as a gift to replace one that they were using until recently but that unfortunately broke. It is a well-made appliance, sturdy enough and ideal for home use: it comes with all the accessories needed to create minced meats of all sizes and tasty sausages. The plate is large enough and the hole for inserting the meat is convenient. The discs of various sizes are easily replaceable thanks to the threaded ring. Cleaning is also convenient since it can be completely disassembled and also has the double possibility of infinite rotation of the screw in order to facilitate cleaning and not waste the smallest amount of meat. A really good product, satisfied with the purchase and a truly welcome gift ... I can't wait to taste the first salamis that unfortunately will be ready in a few months.

Bei Hackfleisch bin ich heikel, das muss möglichst frisch sein, ich mag es auch nicht gerne auf Vorrat einfrieren, habe aber hier auf dem Land nicht die Möglichkeit, dauernd einkaufen zu fahren. Außerdem koche ich auch gerne mit Lamm- oder Putenhackfleisch, das man sowieso so gut wie gar nicht bekommt. Ein Fleischwolf musste also nach längerer Überlegung her. Da ich mit Klarstein in der Küche bereits gute Erfahrungen gemacht habe, entschied ich mich für diesen hier. Das Erste, was ich damit probierte: reinen Speck für die Herstellung von Schmalz wolfen. Dafür nahm ich die größte der drei Lochscheiben und es wurde zu meiner Begeisterung perfekt. Auch jegliches Fleisch oder sogar Fisch für Fischfrikadellen wird mit der passenden Scheibe bestens verarbeitet. Zusammenbau und Reinigung sind denkbar leicht zu bewerkstelligen. Das Gerät ist relativ schwer und hat damit einen sicheren Stand. Der einzige "Nachteil": es ist ziemlich laut, da rattert es beim Wolfen schon ordentlich. Da man ja aber nicht stundenlang am Stück damit arbeitet, ist das für mich zu verkraften und kein Grund für einen Sterneabzug. Ich liebe meinen neuen "Kraftprotz" und empfehle ihn daher gerne weiter.

I'm picky about minced meat, it has to be as fresh as possible, I don't like to freeze it in advance, but here in the country I don't have the opportunity to go shopping all the time. I also like to cook with minced lamb or turkey, which you hardly ever get anyway. A meat grinder had to be found after much deliberation. Since I have already had good experiences with Klarstein in the kitchen, I decided on this one. The first thing I tried with it: grinding pure bacon for making lard. For this I took the largest of the three perforated discs and to my delight it was perfect. Any kind of meat or even fish for fish cakes can also be processed with the right disc. Assembly and cleaning are extremely easy to do. The device is relatively heavy and therefore has a secure footing. The only "disadvantage": it is quite loud, so it rattles quite a bit when grinding. But since you don't work with it for hours at a time, that's okay for me and no reason for a star deduction. I love my new "powerhouse" and am therefore happy to recommend it to others.
